Bereavement, at any time and in any way, can impact hugely and affect all areas of our lives. Going through bereavement is a journey best done with others, so we offer the 6 week Bereavement Journey Course for bereaved people to do their own grief work in discussion groups run by volunteer facilitators.
By means of a series of films and discussion groups the course gently guides bereaved people through the most common aspects of grief, enabling them to process the implications for themselves and discern next steps.
The Bereavement Journey is suitable for people of any faith or none. This is different from Bereavement or Grief Counselling and is not an alternative.
